My baggage didn't arrive

Go directly to the Lost & Found desk in the arrivals baggage claim area before leaving the terminal. Do not leave the airport without declaring missing baggage.

Bring your boarding pass and baggage receipt tag. Our team will register a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) and trace your bag with the airline.

I left an item at the airport

Contact the Information Desk immediately. Items found in the terminal are held for 30 days.
